Put in your search terms OR go to the Advanced Search Page in a database.
Depending on the database, look for a way to limit to "peer-reviewed" or "academic" articles, either after you have made a search or on the Advanced Search Page. Also, evaluate yourself whether the article is scholarly or popular.
